We’ve got a few tricks up our sleeves that will turn this easy homemade beverage into a true show-stopper. The recipe for our spicy avocado THC mocktail isn’t set in stone. Feel free to adjust the amounts or experiment with other ingredients to match your personal tastes and preferences.

3. Muddle in herbs such as fresh mint, basil, cilantro, or fragrant lavender. Their flavors beautifully complement the cool, creamy avocado. 
4. Balance the herbs with any number of citrus flavors: fresh lime juice, pomegranate, grapefruit, or blood orange juice can give your mocktail an extra zesty kick.
5. For those who suffer from a sweet tooth, we condone turning this creamy drink into a sugary wonderland. Drizzle in maple syrup, agave, raw honey, or even plain simple syrup for layered sweetness. A dash of granulated sugar doesn’t hurt anybody. (Keep in mind that an extra layer of sweetness increases the caloric value of the mocktail.)
6. Go nuts with garnishes. Add cocoa nibs, crushed pistachios, dehydrated citrus, or coconut flakes for some ornamental crunch.
7. Use an immersion blender for fast prep and simpler cleanup. Or go classic by dry shaking ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice before straining the mix over ice into your finest glassware.
