What is a strawberry lemonade?

Strawberry lemonade is a refreshing spin on the classic lemonade. It’s made by blending the sweet flavor of red strawberries with lemon juice. What you get is a perfect balance of citrus and sweet.

This refreshing sipper wouldn’t be complete without our Buzz drops. Add a few drops of our fast-acting liquid Delta 9 THC for a mellow, stress-relieving buzz.

That’s the beauty of our cannabis-infused beverages: we use small amounts simply to enhance your mood, not overwhelm it. One full dropper contains just 2.2 mg of THC—enough for an uplifting buzz but still well below the psychoactive threshold.

You’ll need more than 20 mg of THC to feel that euphoric high that is often associated with smoking marijuana. Our gummies and drinks don’t contain more than 10 mg per serving. In fact, you’ll find between 2 and 10 mg of THC per gummy, which makes our THC edibles the perfect way to get the benefits of cannabis without any unwanted side effects.

Thankfully, you don't have to choose between THC drinks or edibles. Both methods contain small amounts of Delta 9, cannabidiol (CBD), and other cannabis compounds that give you all the benefits: reduced anxiety, better sleep, pain relief, and productivity boosts—with none of the downsides of being truly stoned.

Order our THC edibles and explore the possibilities.

How to craft a THC-infused strawberry lemonade?

We said no to booze and its nasty side effects, so all our THC drinks are 100% booze-free. With a handful of simple ingredients and only a few milligrams of THC and CBD, you can craft this refreshing all-time favorite lemonade drink.

Here’s what you need to get started:

  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 ounce of simple syrup
  • 1 ounce of lemon juice
  • 1 dropper full of Buzz drops (2.2 mg of THC)
  • Ice

Preparation steps:

  1. Muddle strawberries and simple syrup in a tall glass until incorporated.
  2. Add lemon juice. (You can also use store-bought lemonade, no one’s judging.)
  3. Add a full dropper of our Buzz drops with THC. You can use half for even milder effects. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds to fully incorporate.
  4. Fill the rest of the glass with ice.
  5. Garnish with sliced strawberries or lemon wedges.
  6. Serve and enjoy.

Didn’t we say this was super simple? Wait until you try this combination of the most basic ingredients turned into a cannabis-infused glass of perfection.

We know you’re going to love this refreshing mocktail, but if you’re in the mood for something creamier, why not try a blood orange and cream THC drink instead? It combines luscious blood orange with frothy coconut milk and infuses it with a low dose of THC.

Tips for extra enjoyment

Our strawberry lemonade THC drink may be super simple to whip up, but it packs a punch of flavor and euphoria that will wow your guests. Here are a few more tips and tricks to maximize enjoyment:

  • Use fresh-squeezed lemon juice for the most vibrant, natural flavors.
  • Use fresh, in-season strawberries at the peak of ripeness for delicious fresh pressed juice. If you want to taste the berry bites throughout your lemonade, mash up the strawberries by hand instead of blending.
  • If you have some leftover strawberry puree lying around, make strawberry ice cubes to get that extra boost of fruity flavor as they melt.
  • For a creamy twist, blend in a scoop of strawberry or vanilla ice cream to make a virgin float cocktail.
  • Garnish your drink with fresh mint leaves. The combo of strawberries and mint screams summer refreshment.
  • Stir in some ginger ale or lemon-lime soda for a little fizz and acidity to balance the sweetness.
  • Go for an icy slushy texture by blending the finished drink with ice before serving.
  • Make it an interactive drink by skewering fresh strawberry slices with mint and lemon wedges on colorful cocktail skewers. Let your guests muddle the fruit right in their glass for intense, fresh bursts of flavor.
  • If you’re a cannabis beginner, instead of a full dropper, add half and see how you feel. You can always increase the dosage once you feel comfortable with the effects of Delta 9 THC.

Finally, sit back with your THC-laced strawberry perfection and enjoy each sip. Don’t forget our liquid THC drops. These unflavored drops can turn common drinks such as sparkling water, juice, or lemonade into heavenly THC-infused beverages.

How fast do THC drinks kick in?

THC drinks offer faster effects than edibles because of the way they're absorbed by the body. When you eat an edible, the THC takes its time passing through your digestive tract before it reaches your bloodstream. Liquids skip that longer journey and go straight for the soft tissues that line your mouth and throat.

From there, the cannabinoids interact with our endocannabinoid system (ECS) to produce their effects. The ECS is a complex network of signals and receptors that interact with compounds from the cannabis plant. It helps regulate important physiological processes such as sleep, appetite, pain perception, memory, and inflammation.

This sublingual absorption means that the THC bypasses your liver and reaches your bloodstream faster. The effects of a THC beverage will typically kick in within 10–20 minutes

Product QUIZ

How long do THC drinks last?

The THC from the cannabis beverage gets absorbed into the bloodstream rather quickly after consumption. Since they’re not fully digested, THC mixers typically have a shorter duration of effect compared to gummies.

Once the effects of THC beverages kick in, they can stick around for anywhere from 2 to 6 hours.

Did we mention that our THC drops also contain cannabidiol? Cannabidiol is another major cannabis compound that offers a plethora of therapeutic and medicinal benefits. Combining microdoses of THC and CBD creates an entourage effect, working together to provide both a mental and physical boost.

Our THC Buzz Drops are a great example of a full-spectrum CBD product where all the components work synergistically to amplify the effects. Experience the advantages of full-spectrum CBD, including the balanced euphoria from THC combined with the anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties of CBD.

Why are THC drinks the best way to consume cannabis?

Through the miracle of nano-emulsification, we've created a water-friendly cannabis extract that blends perfectly into your favorite juices, lemonades, sparkling waters, and teas. Our edibles deliver the legendary health benefits of THC in an easy-to-consume, discreet form.

Liquid cannabis offers unique advantages over other consumption methods, especially unhealthy ones such as smoking and vaping. Remember that THC-infused beverages provide faster absorption as well as offer more consistent dosing and duration of effects.

Are you ready to unlock the perks of liquid THC? Here are some more reasons why low-dose THC drinks are the best way to consume cannabis:

If you prefer texture and an explosion of flavors with every bite, order our Relax Plus gummies. These delicious edibles contain 25 mg of CBD and only 5 mg of Delta 9 to release tension and bring out the good vibes.

Are THC beverages legal?

Delta 9 THC is legal on a federal level, provided that the associated products are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill. For Farm Bill compliance, a product must meet the following criteria:

1. The Delta 9 THC must be derived from the hemp plant, not a marijuana plant. (Find out what makes hemp different from marijuana.)

2. The THC product cannot contain more than 0.3% of Delta 9 THC by dry weight.

By following the Farm Bill’s criteria, we made our cannabis-infused drinks legal at the federal level across the US.

With that being said, not all states have adopted these criteria into their own legislation. Here’s a complete list of US states in which Delta 9 THC can be legally purchased.

THC drinks FAQ

Our strawberry lemonade mocktail contains only three main active ingredients: fresh strawberries, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and our fast-acting THC tincture that provides a precise dose of 2.2 mg Delta 9 THC per full dropper. We use natural flavorings and no artificial sweeteners or preservatives—the simple, high-quality ingredient list results in a refreshing beverage with lots of tangy flavor.

By infusing our homemade lemonade with a cannabis tincture, you get an uplifting, euphoric drink with a mellow, stress-relieving buzz perfect for hot summer days or whenever you feel like sipping on something soothing and fresh. The juicy taste of strawberries complements that tart lemonade marvelously.

Unlike other cannabis drinks, our delicious cannabis-infused lemonade relies on nanoemulsification technology. This allows the active ingredients to blend perfectly into cold liquids like lemonade or cold water. The process also substantially increases bioavailability compared to other delicious cannabis drinks, so you get more precise dosing and a faster onset of effects. The perfect dose of only 2 mg of THC gently enhances your mood without becoming overwhelming.

On average, juicing about 6 medium to large-sized fresh lemons will yield around 1 cup of tangy, tart lemon juice. The exact amount can vary based on ripeness, size, shape, and juice content as some lemons just naturally contain more juice.

For our strawberry lemonade THC mocktail, we recommend using at least 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice combined with 1 cup of mashed strawberries. You can add 1 or 2 cups of cold water for a nice balance of sweet and citrusy flavors.

While they may look similar in color, strawberry lemonade and pink lemonade THC drinks are two distinct beverages. Pink lemonade gets its light pink hue solely from cranberry juice or grenadine syrup. Real strawberry lemonade relies on actual mashed fresh strawberries for both its rosy color and sweet berry flavor. The strawberries supply delicious fruit flavors that are missing from basic “pink drink” lemonade.

Try our Pink Lemonade gummies with THC if you aren’t thirsty but want to get a buzz on by ingesting your THC.

Strawberry lemonade is one of the healthier beverages you can make. It gives you vitamin C, antioxidants, and potassium from the citrus and berries. Blended whole strawberries provide fiber that is missing from juice alone.

Compared to sodas or sweet teas, strawberry lemonade made with real fruit juice and no added sugars makes for a more nutritious, vitamin-packed beverage. When you infuse your homemade strawberry lemonade with our Buzz drops, you turn this healthy refreshing drink into an uplifting, mood-enhancing treat.

For many consumers, a single 100mg drink could turn out to be overwhelmingly strong. Typical THC beverages contain somewhere between 2-10 mg for a light buzz that is free of any overwhelming psychoactivity effects. Even veteran users report strong effects from 100mg of THC due to rapid sublingual absorption that outpaces traditional edibles.

For your first THC lemonade experience, we suggest you stick to low doses of around 2 mg per serving, then gradually increase this amount to find your ideal dose. Moderation is key to an enjoyable cannabis experience.

The best way to drink THC is in the form of our delicious cannabis drinks that contain low amounts of THC. These potent beverages harness new nanoemulsion technology that allows the active cannabis compounds to seamlessly blend into cold and hot drinks like lemonade, juices, teas, and other popular beverages. This water-compatible format provides faster, more reliable effects than traditional edibles thanks to rapid sublingual absorption when sipping infused drinks. Start with 2-5mg doses and safely enjoy the many benefits of THC without going overboard.

Strawberry Lemonade is the name of a cannabis flower strain known for its sweet fruity aroma and well-balanced Sativa high. The popular hybrid strain was bred by mixing the genetics of flavorful parent strains Strawberry Cough and Lemon G. In its smokable, dried flower form, Strawberry Lemonade tests at around 14-18% THC, so it packs a pretty potent high.

However, our strawberry lemonade drink recipe doesn’t use the namesake cannabis flower. Instead, we rely on a hemp-derived THC tincture that can be precisely dosed to reach the desired strength. For a gentle euphoric buzz perfect for social events, our strawberry THC lemonade contains just 2 mg of Delta-9 THC per serving.

Even cannabis veterans should sip slowly to allow the mellow effects to creep in. By using purified concentrates instead of raw decarbed cannabis flowers, we have created a lighter, fruit-forward beverage without the sometimes overpowering grassy cannabis taste.
