Wrong Address Policy

Oops! I entered the wrong shipping address for my package... Now what?

We are sorry that this happened, and we have definitely been there. We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do whatever we can to get your order to you ASAP!

We're excited every time you choose to order from us, and we want to make sure your package arrives at your doorstep without a hitch. That's why we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details after you place an order. As soon as you order, you'll get a confirmation email from us. Please check your address and if you see any errors, please email us right away with your order number and correct address.

Now, we totally get that mistakes can happen – maybe you forgot to add your apartment number or mixed up a digit in your zip code. We've all been there! But here's the deal: if the address isn't quite right and you don't catch it in time, we might not be able to fix things on our end. If your order ends up lost or coming back to us, we'll need to ask you to cover the related costs for sending you a replacement order or reshipping your return to sender order.

However, we are asking you, the customer, to understand that we are a small business and every time we have to re-ship and/or remake your order we end up losing money on the sale. Not just losing profit, but losing money. We would like our customers to review and please be understanding of the following policy:

If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender or a discounted amount should the item remain lost in light of the mistaken address. If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our cost of shipping and a 30% mistaken address fee, because we cannot restock the original items ordered.  Should the package eventually make it back to us, we will refund the entire amount, less the original cost of shipping. 

This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order. If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we would be happy to fix it! Thank you again for your business, we are thrilled to work together with our customers to get them fresh coffee, as quickly and efficiently as possible!
